The Portico is a carefully planned and executed condominium project by Landstar Development Corporation on the slopes of Bridgeland in Calgary, AB.  Their showroom, now occupied by others, housed office space, a showroom, and a kitchen mock-up.  Lighting Solutions provided a unique design which was both flexible and visually separated the various functions of the space.

 

An effective mock-up of a balcony view was created using a large-scale picture which was wall-washed with a warm light source.
